Ola Electric Gen 3 Scooters
Ola Electric has launched its new Gen 3 electric scooters. The S1 X starts at ₹79,999, and the S1 Pro costs ₹1.15 lakh. These scooters come with many upgrades, like a new mid-drive motor and better brakes with ABS technology.
S1 X Models
The S1 X comes in three battery sizes:
- 2 kWh – 108 km range
- 3 kWh – 176 km range
- 4 kWh – 242 km range
The 4 kWh model has a 7 kW motor, reaching 0-40 km/h in 3 seconds and a top speed of 123 km/h. The S1 X+ has an 11 kW motor, hitting 0-40 km/h in 2.7 seconds and a top speed of 125 km/h. It also features an LCD screen, chain drive, and ABS.
S1 Pro Models
The S1 Pro offers three battery options:
- 3 kWh – 176 km range
- 4 kWh – 242 km range
- 5.3 kWh – 320 km range
The S1 Pro+ 5.3 kWh is the most powerful, with a 13 kW motor, reaching 0-40 km/h in 2.1 seconds and a top speed of 141 km/h. It also has dual-channel ABS and uses India-made ‘Bharat Cell’ batteries.
Warranty
Ola provides a 3-year/40,000 km warranty. You can also extend the battery warranty to 8 years/1.25 lakh km for ₹14,999.
