Cone Winding Machine
As Shown as image, The cone winding machine is a bit like a drum coning machine. It has different drum sets, like 2, 4, or 6 drums, depending on how much stuff you need to make. These drums help with the production process.
Application
The cone winding machine useful for unwind threads, raw materials transfer to cone and other craft materials.
How to work with machine?
Fist we won’t paper tube for making cone paper tube are made form cartoon material one type of hard layer of cartoon, also used plastic paper tube for making cone depends on demand of uses. Below the image of paper tube
Variant types of paper tube available for machine spindle like 180 mm, 185 mm, 200 mm, 220 mm etc, above image for 185 mm paper tube
Next step we need unwind threads available in cops or hank.you can show image below
Making Cone
I have Six Spindle coning machine, so atleast six paper tube available to run the machine, attached all paper tube to horizontal spindle.
Then we need unwind threads that you can show above image. The cops are stay at bottom of the machine
Now collect the threads from the end of cops and insert into pressure gauge like see in below image,
Now also insert threads end to ceramic hook like below image.
Then last connect threads end to paper tube later paper tube connect drum to start making cone.
Coning machine drums have special cuts that transfer threads to paper tube perfectly, the direction of coning machine is clockwise.
Above image is starting coning from unwind threads, the cone is going to proper shape.
That’s the final image of cone, The cone weight is nearest to 1 to 1.5 kg depends on threads weight.
Processing time for cone making is 10 to 15 min depends on threads thickness, I have six spindle coning machine that’s six cone make at a time.
