1 – whenever you buy new home in an apartment please ensure allotted car & two wheeler parking for electric scooter.

3 – Old Apartment have not Power outlet & Proper Parking space in that case you should follow below method to charge your EV.
- Extension cord: You can use an extension cord to connect your charger to a power outlet in your apartment or in a common area. Make sure that the cord is long enough and does not pose a tripping hazard or block any passage. Also, ensure that the cord is of good quality and can handle the load of charging your scooter. Note – please use standard Extension cord.

Tips
- Use Always original Ola charger & cable that comes with Ola electric scooter, don’t use other cable & charger that may be Hazard & caused for battery damage
- Don’t over charge battery, if full charge please remove charger otherwise reduce battery life & performance.
- Don’t charge electric scooter direct sun light or more heating place, charge only under cool place or parking area’s
